Comprehensive private pay program available to uninsured clients for $70 weekly. Quest additionally offers a Sliding-Fee Schedule for clients indigent, underinsured, or otherwise unable to pay for services. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
