Our telehealth services are available to patients who live within a 30-mile radius of our Mount Vernon or Akron location on an as-needed basis. If you live outside the 30-mile radius, we can provide full telehealth services in collaboration with our partner laboratory company. A Hybrid Telehealth Model
With our telehealth services, you can choose to have all of your sessions virtually or do a hybrid model where some are in person and some are virtual. This can be helpful if you live far away from our locations or if you have transportation issues. You can also do a hybrid model if you feel like you need the accountability of meeting with your therapist in person but also want the convenience of virtual sessions. Whichever telehealth model you choose, we will work with you to create a treatment plan that meets your needs and helps you recover from addiction.

Full Telehealth Services
If you live outside the 30-mile radius of our Mount Vernon or Akron locations, we can provide full telehealth services in collaboration with our partner laboratory company. This means that you will be able to have all of your sessions virtually, and we can even complete a live lab screening during our video conference. Our partnering laboratory company will send you the oral screen before your appointment, complete with a return postage-paid package for your convenience. All you need is a computer or phone and an internet connection.
You can schedule your telehealth appointments around your work or school schedule, and you don't have to worry about transportation. With our telehealth services, you can get the help you need from the comfort of your own home.
Requirements for Telehealth Services
In order to book a telehealth appointment with our team at Quest Recovery Center, we ask that you have a phone or computer and a reliable internet connection. However, for those without access to reliable internet, we also offer a HIPAA-compliant audioconferencing option.
We ask that all telehealth clients maintain compliance with their treatment plan to retain telehealth treatment eligibility including all laboratory related components of treatment.
